Transforming South Carolina’s Economic Landscape

South Carolina is witnessing a remarkable transformation in its economic landscape, thanks to the vision of people like my friend, Bill Owen, who heads up Magnus Development Partners, a real estate company making serious tides in the Southeast.

[I think our beautiful beaches, parks, and way of life are also a big pull].

It’s a highly visible location with easy access from all over (including proximity to the Volvo offices) and is part of the Foreign Trade Zone. Need I say more?
